Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of trauma, mental health, and emotional development. You will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to participants, helping them achieve their goals.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with participants, promoting their engagement, self-determination, and personal development. You will also assist with cleaning and maintaining participant residential accommodation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing ongoing support and guidance to participants
* Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet participant needs
* Working collaboratively with senior staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Ensuring accurate and timely recording of participant information
