ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Lower North Shore Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in the operation of the Human Resources function of Council.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

A new position. Initial 3 - month contract – part time (3 days a week, 21 hours p/w), with potential for extension. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Officers across the team, managing general administrative duties and demonstrating a high level of customer service across Council and for external stakeholders. Exciting project upcoming for you to play a key role in.

DUTIES.

* Uploading documents to the internal document management system
* Day-to-day compiling, filing and processing HR documents/letters
* Ad-hoc assistance to the HR Business Partner as required
* Answering enquiries by internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude/demeanour
* Strong work ethic and capabilities to remain focused in a repetitive work environment

REMUNERATION.$45 p/h + Superannuation CULTURE.
