As a Program Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights, maintain accurate dashboards, and integrate client data into our internal systems. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, present findings, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track program performance for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and field teams to continuously improve reporting.
- Support program planning and resource allocation across stores and locations.
- Identify and present growth opportunities, detailing size of prize and ROI.
- Collaborate with BI teams on image recognition projects and ongoing development.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Extract and integrate client data with internal dashboards.
- Run regular data health checks (brand sales and warehouse withdrawal).
- Recommend data-driven solutions to address program shortfalls with urgency.
**About You**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Skilled at visualizing data and presenting it meaningfully to stakeholders and clients.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and proactive.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
