- Maintain records related to human resources and manage associated information systems.
- Provide guidance and information to management regarding workplace policies, staff performance, and disciplinary issues.
- Organise the orientation of new employees and offer details on terms of employment, salaries, and advancement opportunities.
- Offer general human resources advice and support to both managers and front-line employees.
- Develop, implement, monitor, review, and evaluate strategies, policies, and plans in human resource management to align with business objectives.
- Assist or oversee areas such as occupational health and safety, employee engagement, and employee capability/development.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to and/or oversee various human resources projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Adviser or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Australian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HR information systems and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, quick-paced environment.
- Experience with occupational health and safety, employee engagement, and employee development is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
**Salary**: 71.136 AUD per year + superannuation.
