Office Administrator – BeSafe Inspections

At BeSafe Inspections, we've built a trusted reputation across Sydney for delivering high-quality pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspections. We're now looking for a reliable, people-focused Office Administrator to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who's confident on the phone, great at juggling tasks, and enjoys the challenge of keeping things running smoothly in a busy property-related business.

About the Role

* Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, including real estate agents, solicitors, and homeowners
* Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Schedule inspection jobs for our team (knowledge of the Sydney area is a big advantage)
* Arrange property access and coordinate with inspectors
* Upload reports, post on social media, and provide admin support as needed
* Assist with complaints or tricky situations while keeping a calm, professional tone

About You

We're looking for someone who:

* Is a people person with excellent communication skills
* Is confident on the phone and can handle enquiries with ease
* Has strong organisational skills and can stay on top of scheduling and admin tasks
* Can multitask in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
* Is proactive, reliable, and has a "can-do" attitude
* Is computer-savvy with Microsoft Office (Xero or ServiceM8 experience is a plus)
* Ideally has some knowledge or background in the property industry (not essential, but highly regarded)
