Title: Brand Manager – 6 month fixed term contract
Our Marketing team has end‐to‐end ownership of marketing campaigns, running unique programs for the local Australian market. We're seeking a talented and commercially focused Brand Manager to join our team on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract, focusing on our LCM, K‐Time and Nutri Grain snack bars. This role represents a great opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to take your career to the next level!
Taste of What You'll Be Doing
* Full ownership and responsibility for developing and driving the consumer & shopper communication strategy and in‐market execution on a portfolio of brands.
* Translating consumer insights into new ideas and innovation to deliver growth, from concept through to execution in market, working closely with Sales & Research & Development teams.
* Leveraging data for action including the development of brand strategies and completing monthly brand reviews identifying issues and opportunities.
* Full commercial accountability of the local P&L, leading and working with cross‐functional teams including other marketers, food technologist, sales and nutrition.
* Full brand planning including execution across channels.
* Development and execution of through the line multi‐brand platforms.
* Enhancing and strengthening competitive advantage through claims and execution of key assets (i.e., pack).
We're Looking for Someone With
With previous experience as a Brand Manager from within FMCG, you will be excited by the opportunity to work with well recognised brands. You will have:
* Demonstrable experience working as a Brand Manager within an FMCG organization.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with a variety of teams internally.
* A strong commercial acumen with experience using data to leverage insights.
* Previous involvement with brand strategy development including issue identification and strategy solution.
* Innovation product development experience.
