About this role:

* This Senior Social Worker position is a key leadership role within the ISMHU multidisciplinary team, working alongside a Level 1/2 Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to and guide care coordination, provide one-on-one and group interventions focused on recovery and rehabilitation.

* Lead in the completion of comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

* Promote a positive, person-centred team culture, participating in quality improvement initiatives and district-level working groups.

* Supervise junior social workers.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Must hold a degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
">
* Extensive clinical experience in mental health, with demonstrated ability to lead and supervise.

* Eligibility to drive in NSW.
