This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery. Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners Lead and coordinating the cleansing of parks, jutes include BBQs if required, graffiti, benches, seats, signs, bubblers, rubbish removal and leaf litter Monitor and check work meets company standards and client expectations Ensure a safe working environment What you'll bring Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities Manual driver's license Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working Our Team & Culture Discover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
