Main Responsibilities:
* Drive business performance by achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through customer-centric service and strategic sales execution.
* Develop and coach your team by identifying skill gaps, providing training, and fostering a culture of growth and succession planning.
* Lead operational excellence by managing stock sell-through, executing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
