Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Manager to lead our online business and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
This role involves overseeing the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration of automated customer journeys, and collaborating with our studio team to produce high-quality product content.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing website and campaign data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting actionable recommendations to the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain automated customer journeys, including abandoned cart and post-purchase follow-up campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the group studio team to produce product photography and motion for each monthly product drop.
3. Analyze website and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
4. Work with the Digital Delivery team to build out new features and drive CRO-related initiatives.
5. Oversee the development and upload of website content and assets, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
6. Present trade results weekly to the broader team.
7. Work closely with the customer care team to identify and resolve customer issues.
