Job Description
Drive growth for our smart antenna range in Australia and support initial international expansion. Deliver campaigns and initiatives across digital, content, PR, events, product launches, and channel or partner marketing.
Manage high-impact channels, brief and oversee agencies for specialist needs. Build clear brand messaging showcasing performance, quality, and innovation. Support sales with tools, collateral, and programs to convert leads and build channel partnerships.
Report on metrics that matter, including brand awareness, pipeline, lead generation, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of in-house marketing experience ideally in a startup or SME environment, strong track record in hardware, tech, or similar product-driven sectors.
Multichannel marketing skills are essential, with hands-on experience in digital, content, events, and PR.
A proven ability to deliver growth and build brands known for quality and innovation is required.
