The Heart Group is a well-established multi-site cardiology practice seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead operations across our three locations in Gregory Hills, Campbelltown and Bowral.
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for overseeing day‐to‐day operations, supporting clinical teams, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure high‐quality patient care and efficient practice performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the daily operations of three cardiology practice sites
* Manage and support a team of approximately 20 administrative and site‐based staff
* Work closely with cardiologists to support efficient clinic flow and service delivery
* Oversee rostering, staffing, payroll and operational processes across all sites
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify efficiency opportunities
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and patient experience
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
* Support strategic growth and service development initiatives
* Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior operational or practice management role, ideally in healthcare
* Strong leadership and people‐management skills
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on operational management
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‐solving abilities
* Experience managing multi‐site operations is highly regarded
