Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to support decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage budgets effectively.

* Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support the organisation's long-term financial planning and strategy development.
* Lead and mentor junior finance team members to achieve team objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial matters.
Requirements:
* A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the public sector.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* CPA or CA accreditation (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
