What's the role?
You'll be at the heart of supporting one of Australia's most vital sectors – Agribusiness (Northwest Tasmania). As a Agribusiness Banking Manager/Relationship Manager based in Smithton TAS, you'll lead relationships with key players in the agricultural industry, while also supporting large commercial clients. You'll work with businesses requiring lending solutions from $3M to $50M, helping them grow and thrive. You'll be well supported by our wider Agribusiness team with local support. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, backed by a dedicated Agribusiness and Commercial Banking team.
What do I need?
* Agri‑business expertise: deep understanding of the sector, its cycles and challenges.
* Commercial acumen: experience supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs.
* Relationship building: proven ability to foster strong, long‑term client partnerships.
* Credit skills: strong capabilities in cash‑flow lending, balance‑sheet analysis and deal structuring.
* Business development: demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios.
* Network strength: a well‑established network of industry and referral partners.
