Administrative Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to teams, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office records.
* Document Management: Scan and upload documents in a timely and efficient manner.
* Office Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure the efficient use of office resources and maintain a well-organized and tidy workspace.
* Facilities Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management. Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and supplies procurement.
* Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
* Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Education and Experience:
* 1-2 Years of Experience: Have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
* High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma; additional certifications or relevant college courses are a plus.
* Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
This is a contract position with a term of 3 months, possibly extended or full-time. The successful candidate must be able to commute to Wollongong, NSW, and hold a valid work authorization for Australia.
