Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide professional service via phone, email, and web chat.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for users of our Registry services — supporting entrepreneurs, professionals and the public to navigate their business journey.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers to our services and support online transactions
* Respond with empathy and knowledge to resolve enquiries
* Accurately record and process customer interactions using multiple systems
About You / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* Completion of a high school certificate or diploma
* Experience in customer service and team environments
* Good computer literacy, with proficiency in data entry using multiple software applications
Additional Information
This is a temporary 12-month role with multiple part-time and full-time positions available. Successful candidates will be required to attend 3-4 weeks of full-time training at our office.
You will be based in Traralgon, VIC, and must be an Australian citizen to apply.
