The role:
Based at our Mt Barker office, you will assist our team of experienced conveyancers in managing a diverse range of conveyancing matters which includes, but is not limited to, assisting with:
* document preparation and management within Realtime and PEXA;
* assisting with calls on the Overflow call group;
* administrative data entry/tasks between the Realtime, PEXA, Revenue SA, ATO and other third-party platforms;
* liaison with government/third party platforms;
* ordering of government searches and calculating of water rates;
* offering direct support to Client Partners and Senior Client Partners.
* assistance with signing PEXA Financials;
* facilitating external VOI appointments with clients in the office; and
* running general office errands.

Ideally you have previous administration experience within a conveyancing firm and working toward an Associate Diploma in Conveyancing. However, candidates who have administration experience within the professional services, finance, or real estate sectors are also encouraged to apply.
