This is your opportunity to provide visionary academic leadership, guiding strategic education initiatives that elevate the student academic experience and shaping world-class professional development programs within the Monash Education Academy to support teaching and learning. You’ll be overseeing teams that enhance learning and teaching, and ensure that quality assurance mechanisms are leveraged to create meaningful improvements. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) and the Director, Learning and Teaching Operations, and lead the implementation and delivery of key programs. You will foster partnerships across the portfolio, with faculties, campuses, and academic and professional staff both within and beyond the University. Your expertise in education, coupled with a strong track record in educational leadership, will empower you to advance education practices and drive impact that fuels an inspiring education for students across Monash University.
