As a Coordinator Electrical, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment at our Port Maintenance facility.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing and adjusting weekly schedules, monitoring and reporting on schedule metrics, and managing weekend closeouts. You will also oversee work management processes, approve and ensure the quality of notifications and work orders, and distribute daily work assignments.
You will be responsible for coaching on best practices, stepping up as Supervisor when required, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Additionally, you will assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify and action improvements to the Work Management System, and update Preventive Maintenance Instructions (PMI).
You will also monitor and manage accurate time confirmations, manage Master Data Management (MDM) and parts inventory, and conduct audits of completed works.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of electrical trade apprenticeships and HV switching certificates.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a port operations environment and hold a current driver's license. They will also have knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Act and Regulation.
Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work and resources, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
