Regional Hospitality Leader
We are seeking a motivated and experienced trade-qualified candidate to lead our kitchen team in Gawler, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in quality a la carte dining, with a proven track record of motivating teams and ensuring consistent service quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Motivating and leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
* Ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
* Developing and implementing menus that showcase local produce and culinary expertise
