The Role
As Junior Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the clean and efficient running of site, coordinating subcontracts and mitigating safety risks; to ensure the delivery of brand aligned results.
Responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate sub-contractors and conduct site inductions.
* Manage effective use of resources.
* Monitor and report on variations.
* Manage timelines and defects.
* Attend meetings and prepare documentation as required.
* Conduct Inductions and SWMS.
Desired Skills and Experience
Who We Are Looking For
* This role will suit someone who has just finished a construction management degree, or with up to two years' work experience.
* This role will suit someone committed to their learning and development, who is interested in becoming a site foreman.
* Must be a qualified carpenter, builder or similar.
* Understanding of building codes and quality standards.
* Someone who takes pride in their work and relationship management.
* Saturday availability may be required from time to time.
