Job Description:
This role requires a skilled professional to lead and manage the technical aspects of facilities management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical operations and be able to effectively manage a team of technicians and subcontractors.
They will also need to engage with account managers, business development and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Manage CBRE Technicians and subcontractors in the delivery of testing, maintenance and certification.
* Support account managers, business development and delivery teams.
* Prepare and present results of assessments, including priorities and impact(s) to compliance and certification.
* Provide pricing, programs and methodologies to manage both customer and internal compliance.
* Present changes to standards and requirements to assist in the education of technicians and other internal team members.
* Lead essential building services compliance client obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills.
* Basic knowledge of financial terms.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft suite products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* FPAS certification and continued development.
