Position Details
12 Month Production Administrator Contract
Monday to Friday, working 4-5 hours per day with flexible hours (finish by 2 pm)
Commencing July
6 weeks of training provided
The Opportunity
The successful applicant will need to be punctual, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and dispatch goods
2. Provide friendly customer service to clients and customers
3. Update orders, including pallets and customer details
4. Respond to customer requests via phone and email
5. Scan and file documents
6. Assist with daily operations
7. Liaise with drivers, both local and line haul
8. Perform ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Requirements
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* Reliable and self-motivated
