What You'll Do
We are seeking a seasoned Jira Service Management resource who will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to make impactful decisions for organizational transformation. Your role will involve engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions while providing innovative solutions to challenges. We are excited to see how your expertise in Service Management can drive success and foster growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-create transformation strategies with clients to enhance their operational effectiveness
* Support clients in implementing core service practices to facilitate sustainable organizational change.
* Build Business Agility capabilities and deliver valuable assets and offerings to clients.
Here is what you need
* Experience: 8+ years in support, software services, or system administration for large end-user communities; 2+ years working with enterprise customers in a high-touch model
* Technical Skills: Strong technical product knowledge in Jira Service Management of at least 3-5 years
* Atlassian Expertise: Extensive experience with Atlassian products, including Jira (at least 5-6 years), Atlassian Analytics (at least 1-2 years) and Jira Align in practice
* Migration Experience: Proven track record of successful server-to-cloud migrations
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication
* Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and enterprise agility frameworks, like Scaled Agile Framework

* Certifications: Atlassian Certified Professional - Jira Administrator
