Client Service Officer Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
As a Client Service Officer, you will be the public face of our business, providing critical services and quality advice to clients with complex support needs.
You will work directly with a range of support services and clients in an outreach capacity either in the community or in homes, delivering tailored housing assistance options that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering front-line services and resolving client queries in a timely manner
* Processing and assessing applications and enquiries using relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Collaborating with internal teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) through shared goal setting and open communication
* Utilizing technology to enhance client engagement and support
