We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: Managing the advertising of construction related vacancies and coordinating the full assessment process screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for permanent, temporary, and contract roles. Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within Link-Force's recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity across the construction talent database. Advising hiring managers and project leaders on best-practice recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and candidate suitability for construction projects. Supporting the onboarding of newly placed construction professionals by guiding them through project requirements, compliance standards, and employment conditions. Gathering detailed job specifications from construction clients, including project scope, technical requirements, pay structures, and contract terms. Providing clients and job seekers with up-to-date information on current construction vacancies and placement opportunities across the industry. Coordinating negotiations between clients and candidates on employment terms, project conditions, and contract expectations to ensure successful placements. Keeping informed of relevant industry regulations, employment legislation, and site compliance requirements to ensure recruitment processes meet construction sector standards. Assisting in the development and execution of recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and talent acquisition programs tailored to the construction industry's evolving needs. Supporting communication and engagement initiatives across construction project teams to strengthen client relationships and enhance workforce collaboration. Qualifications and Requirement: Relevant qualifications At least 2-3 years' previous experiences as Recruitment Consultant or similar role. Strong customer service skills. Have a good work ethic.
