Bundaberg Sugar Ltd seeks a skilled machinery operator to work in a fast-growing macadamia industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Weed control, irrigation, spraying, and harvesting on a day-to-day basis.
* Maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient orchard operations.
* Operating tractors and implements efficiently, cleanly, and safely.
* Applying chemicals and fertilizers according to legislation and instructions.
* Ensuring machinery is clean, tidy, and safe, and presented for servicing as required.
* Performing a wide range of duties and working outside ordinary hours when needed.
Requirements
* Experience in tractor/machine operation.
* Current Manual Australian Driver's Licence is required.
* Ag Chemical Licence is beneficial but not essential.
* Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
