The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a well-established commercial builder delivering complex design & construct projects across WA. This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging builds - working closely with clients from concept through to completion. You’ll step into a role where you are trusted to lead, make decisions, and drive outcomes, not just follow process. About the Company This contractor has built a strong reputation across the WA market delivering commercial construction projects across new build, refurbishment and complex environments. They offer: Strong pipeline of secured projects Long-standing client relationships A practical, delivery-focused leadership team Opportunities across both metro and regional WA Key Responsibilities End-to-end delivery of D&C projects from design through to completion Full financial management including cost control, forecasting and margin protection Programme management ensuring key milestones are achieved Leadership of site teams, consultants and subcontractors Management of procurement, contracts and project risk Driving strong safety culture and environmental compliance Managing delivery across complex environments (live sites, logistics challenges, NPI works) Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring compliance with codes, standards and quality benchmarks About You 8–15 years’ experience in commercial construction project delivery Proven experience managing projects in the $30M - $75M range Strong understanding of D&C delivery models Excellent leadership and team management capability Commercially astute with strong financial and risk management skills Confident stakeholder manager with strong client-facing ability Experience delivering projects in complex environments highly regarded Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Project Management What’s On Offer $150k - $210k Super Vehicle (DOE) Permanent roles with an established WA contractor Exposure to large-scale, technically challenging projects Strong pipeline of upcoming work across metro & regional WA High-performing, delivery-focused team environment Long-term career progression opportunities If you have the relevant experience and would like to discuss this opportunity further, please APPLY VIA THE LINK or reach out directly to Sarmon Gaffney at sarmon@eciexec.com.au for a confidential chat.
