The Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement Change, Group Performance Analytics is responsible for supporting transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within both immediate GP A team activities and key financial processes that span across the wider finance job family.
A key deliverable for the role is to understand, document, assess and challenge a range of finance processes, systems and capabilities, while considering stakeholder needs, limitations and overall business objectives.
With a change- and risk-first mindset, this role will conduct appropriate impact assessments on financial systems, processes and teams to develop change initiatives that deliver business value.
What do I need?
Extensive banking or financial services experience, working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable Strong understanding of CI and transformation project management, including activities such as risk and RACI design, thorough impact assessments and testing, gap analysis, and solution / process redesign.
Lean Six Sigma certification desirable Demonstrated experience as a business analyst gathering, analysing and challenging business requirements, within a financial reporting context.
Demonstrated ability to manage resourcing across multiple complex projects Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project deliverables within agreed timelines Proven expertise in working with large data sets and using advanced financial modelling techniques in MS Excel Why join us?
