Sm oke Alarm Solutions, Australia’s number one smoke alarm inspection, installation and maintenance service, is looking for four friendly and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Operations team based in Eagle Farm.
You’ll be part of a supportive and high-performing team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service — all within a fun and inclusive workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and technicians who need assistance with jobs via phone and email
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored support
- Schedule appointments and manage service bookings
- Complete general administration tasks
- Stay informed on our products and services
- You will be trained in customer service, supporting our field staff, and scheduling, giving you a well-rounded understanding of our operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (2 years minimum)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset
