Safety Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement safety management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation, facilitate workshops, and support audits and incident reporting.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management.
* Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time management and organizational abilities.
