The Role
Oversee daily site operations, quality, safety and trade coordination on bespoke residential projects. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication, attention to detail and professional presentation. Experience with TRUTH Engine is advantageous.

* Proven background supervising custom single & double-storey homes
* Experience delivering projects up to $3M
* Strong finishing standards and compliance focus
* Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to drive timelines, budgets and quality outcomes
