Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents. You will be the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
You will work closely with other teams to ensure that residents have a positive experience at UniLodge. This includes assisting with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing. You will also take the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a background in reception or hospitality and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have high levels of computer literacy and be able to learn new systems quickly.
* Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience
* Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing
* Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed
* Coordinate and execute administrative duties including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and has resilience and ability to work under high pressure and fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will also have unrestricted work rights in Australia and be willing to commit to a 38-hour work week across a Monday – Friday roster.
