Marketing and Customer Experience Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive - Customer Experience to join our team at a shopping centre in Perth, Western Australia. To be successful in this role you will implement creative and engaging customer experiences supporting the centre's marketing strategy and plans. You will also partner with local retailers and the community to drive opportunities within the centre.

This is a full-time permanent role. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and working with a dedicated team, you will support the implementation and execution of ongoing campaigns, initiatives, and events for the shopping centres, along with the development and delivery of engaging social and digital content.

1. The successful implementation of local area marketing campaigns and events.
2. Engaging with local retailers, groups, and committees to ensure the sponsorship and participation opportunities are identified and integrated these into key marketing campaigns.
3. Contributing to the integration of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) initiatives and relationships through the marketing mix and program.
4. Implementing community relations programs, events, and sponsorships.
5. Content creation across social and digital channels.
6. Enhancing the customer experience through visual merchandising, activations, hoarding skins and signage.

About You

You possess marketing knowledge and expertise gained through a formal qualification and ideally have worked within shopping centres or retail industries. Together with well-developed written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail, you can work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
