Aged Care Community Manager (Registered Nurse) - North Brisbane A fantastic opportunity for a Community Manager who is looking to take the reigns within an organisation and continuing to grow an already well-established community business in the North Brisbane region. Full time role – Monday-Friday This a newly created role within the business Office based in North Brisbane Reporting to the Managing Director (who is also an RN) Working closely with the Operations Manager Oversee and manage a portfolio of SAH clients No clinical ground work required AHPRA RN is required for this role. $ Salary is open for discussion and dependant on skills and experience This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to take the reigns, someone who has the ability to continue to grow the business, lead the portfolio of clients, create sustainable pathways, stakeholder engagement, care navigation and service delivery. Requirements AHPRA RN - ESSENTIAL Relevant qualifications in community service management / general business / equivalent experience in the industry Candidates must come from a Home Care/ Community background in a leadership capacity A capable Community Manager who is familiar with SAH Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements Excellent people management and communication skills Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational performance Community Management experience and a business minded individual Previous experience growing a business in the aged care industry Broad leadership skills, including budget management, marketing to grow the business, strategic understanding and HR understanding NO SPONSORSHIP ON OFFER!
