About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
* Assess, Plan and Implement Client Care: within your scope
* Clinical Quality Compliance Standards: ensure these are met
* Care Plans: create and update to reflect developing needs
* Multi-Disciplinary Team Work: collaborate with other team members
About Your Day: With no two days ever the same, you'll spend most of your day on the road, completing scheduled community visits.
Your Skills: You'll need excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously. General nursing experience post-registration is also required, along with full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements, and a current Australian Driver's Licence.
