Job Description
As a Catering and Event Coordinator in Sydney, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing in-house catering requests, meetings, and events across multiple office spaces. This includes ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, maintaining high-quality presentation, cleanliness, and compliance of catering areas and event spaces.
The role requires liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and culinary partners to ensure seamless service delivery, providing on-site support during key events, and promoting a culture of Food and Workplace Safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2 years previous experience in corporate catering, event coordination, or hospitality operations
* High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Flexible and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proficient in G Suite, MS Office
* Current RSA preferred
* Bartender and Barista skills highly advantageous
