As a Master Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective Federal Government clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Influence C-level leaders on the future of business, strategic planning, and how Oracle applications can add value between strategy and execution. Lead solution engineering activities, including Inspire demos for executives, RFI/RFP responses, demonstrating Oracle app functionalities based on client business scenarios, and collaborating with sales to build relationships with key stakeholders. Work with multiple Oracle teams to enhance market presence and increase brand visibility among the CXO community to drive pipeline development. Provide strategic insights and participate in account-based marketing activities through strong collaboration with various teams. Offer industry or product expertise to facilitate deal closures within the sales territory. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and execute market priorities. Present and demonstrate the value proposition to CXOs and at industry conferences. Lead awareness, influence, and capability development initiatives for partners related to Oracle Cloud Applications, including organizing and conducting high-level Oracle Cloud sessions, product training, deal reviews, and competitive updates. Support and guide partners on key opportunities and deals in ANZ to develop a win strategy leveraging Oracle's ecosystem. Facilitate joint engagement and account planning with partners on strategic deals, focusing on win themes, stakeholder coverage, and execution. Develop Oracle's internal teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud Apps offerings, assets, industry insights, and competencies for impactful customer engagements. Provide direction and expertise in applying technology and applications to client business needs. Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focus on large or complex sales opportunities requiring innovative solutions. Create productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver compelling Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Lead all aspects of the technical sales process. Advise clients on architectural solutions, both internally and externally. Establish yourself as an authority within the organization. Lead large-scale company initiatives. Be recognized by peers as a leader and top contributor, and by management as a key business partner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
