Our team blends evidence‐based practice with trauma‐informed and holistic approaches across psychology, OT, PBS physiotherapy, dietetics and speech pathology disciplines.
We are currently expanding and looking to grow our Occupational Therapy capability with a newly created Senior level role that blends supervision and clinical work (hybrid) based at our Seacliff or Salisbury clinics. This role closely collaborates with our professional multidisciplinary team to support our adult, adolescent and child clients in increasing their confidence, independence and joy.
The Position
Lead the delivery of evidence‐based occupational therapy services in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, workplace, community).
Provide senior clinical leadership, advice, and supervision to staff and students.
Provide high‐quality assessments, interventions, and reports that comply with professional, ethical and legislative requirements and reflect best practice.
Lead service improvement, research, and education initiatives that advance quality care and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Provide education and coaching to clients and their support systems, supporting the identification and achievement of goals.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with support coordinators, GPs and schools.
Support early intervention and preventative care plans, particularly for children and young people.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
Knowledge of disability, mental health, and developmental conditions, and their impact on daily life.
Evidence‐based practice and clinical reasoning skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in IT systems and digital service delivery (e.g. telehealth).
Current AHPRA registration.
Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
