Role Summary
As a Coordinator of Talent and Culture, you will oversee frontline recruitment to meet the staffing needs of our hotels, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that drives retention. You will also coordinate activities around inclusion and diversity, CSR, wellbeing, national and international recognised days.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and onboard staff in accordance with hotel and company guidelines.
* Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Ensure effective communication and training programs for new employees.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 12-18 months experience in HR Administration in a Hospitality environment.
* Sound knowledge of HR processes and legislation.
