Role & Responsibilities
This role supports the firm's transition from desktop APS to cloud‐based platforms such as iConnect and the rollout of Business Fitness for workflow and document management. You will assist with system optimisation, data integrity, automation, and practice‐wide efficiencies. You'll work closely with accountants, offshore teams, and leadership to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
Experience Requirements
You may come from accounting with strong IT skills, from IT with accounting knowledge, or from a business analysis background with early accounting exposure. You are tech‐savvy, curious, and comfortable supporting system change, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement
