Offer description

About the Role

As part of the Richmond Football Club Marketing Team, this role will oversee the Islamic College of Sport (ICS) enrolments and marketing portfolio, including support of the upcoming Aspire Sports College.

The Student Acquisition & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving student enrolments across ISCs campuses in Victoria and New South Wales. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering marketing, digital, and community engagement strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospective students into enrolled families — while reflecting the College's Islamic values and commitment to sporting and educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow social and digital media presence, content, and advertising campaigns
* Drive student acquisition strategies and manage the full enrolment funnel from enquiry to conversion
* Deliver enrolment events, school tours, open days, information sessions, and outreach activities
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with enrolment and brand objectives
* Analyse enrolment data, campaign performance, and market trends to improve outcomes
* Build and maintain relationships with schools, sporting clubs, industry partners, and Islamic communities
* Represent the College at expos, community events, and partner activities
* Maintain accurate CRM, reporting, budgets, and administrative records while supporting day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

* Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in marketing, student recruitment, enrolments, or lead generation.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into enrolments or sales‐driven outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
* Ability to work independently across multiple campuses, managing competing priorities.
* Experience working with diverse communities in a supportive and understanding way—particular knowledge of the Muslim faith is desirable, but not required if the candidate is open and willing to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Approachable and professional demeanour, with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
