Responsibilities
- Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
- Maintain store appearance and uphold the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage stock, monitor inventory and minimise losses.
- Assist with registers, shelving and merchandising special buys.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas.
- Ensure smooth store operations, contributing to customer satisfaction.
- Step up to run the store when the Store Manager is on leave.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers.
- Passion and skills for motivating, training and encouraging your team.
- Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store results.
- Qualified and responsible approach to all situations.
- Capacity to work independently and oversee execution of ALDI policies and procedures.
