Rehabilitation Consultant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology, and be accredited by AHPRA/ESSA. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
About the Role
* Assess and manage a portfolio of cases related to workers compensation, CTP and workplace health & safety assessments.
* Support individuals to recover from injury and return to work through client-centered care.
* Utilise Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments to inform evidence-based recovery plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clients requiring rehabilitation services.
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and psychological abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized recovery plans to help clients return to work.
