As a Harvesting Coordinator at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables you'll play an important role in supporting farm operations to run smoothly during the crushing period (June to December, weather permitting).

These seasonal positions are based in North Queensland's Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and a vibrant community. Role in Action
* Accuracy in Action: Maintain accurate farm records, pre-start checklists and safety risk assessments.
* Collaboration Crew: Cover harvesting/haulout operator duties as required. Communicate effectively with Cane Supply & Transport teams to coordinate daily bin allocations.
* Sweet Success: Assist with push breaks, water headlands, clean sidings and burning of sugar cane.
* Safety Guardian: Show a strong commitment to safety.
Your Winning Combination
The successful applicant must have prior agricultural experience in a similar role and hold a "HR" Class Drivers Licence. Bonus points for applicants who have operated harvesting, hauling and auxiliary equipment and have basic mechanical skills (training provided for the right person).
