The Human Resources Branch drives the strategy that supports Queensland Health's statewide workforce. We lead HR policy and strategy, employee relations and industrial reform, executive remuneration frameworks, safety and wellbeing systems, leadership and capability development, workforce planning and recruitment, performance and conduct services, and HR business intelligence. Through this work, we deliver whole‐of‐government workforce initiatives and strengthen a capable, confident and future‐ready workforce for Queensland.
Role fit:
We're looking an exceptional communicator who can deliver clear, expert HR advice and produce high‐quality written work, presentations and facilitation. You bring strong project management capability, using structured methodologies and tools to drive outcomes. Your collaborative approach enables you to work effectively across teams and stakeholders to navigate complex and sensitive issues. With highly developed research and analytical skills, you can translate insights into practical solutions, while managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
While not mandatory, experience and/or qualifications in organisational development and organisational effectiveness related projects and initiatives would be well regarded.
