Job Description
* Oversee daily production operations across VIC & QLD sites
* Drive efficiency, output, and quality through modernised processes
* Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Implement and optimise ERP workflows (including Blind Matrix)
* Lead, mentor, and develop multi‐site production teams
* Maintain WHS, environmental, and quality compliance
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Directors
* Improve communication loops between production and customer‐facing teams
* Track and report on key KPIs (OTIF, yield, efficiency, cost‐per‐unit)
* Champion a clean, organised, and safety‐first culture
* Support organisational transformation and operational scalability
The Successful ApplicantA Successful Production Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in production management within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
* Multi‐site leadership experience (or readiness to step into it)
* Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, workflow optimisation, and KPI management
* ERP capability (Blind Matrix preferred but not essential)
* Demonstrated ability to coach teams and uplift culture
* Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with experience driving transformation
