Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing various electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems using advanced diagnostic tools.
The Electronics Repair Professional will provide expert advice on technical issues, manage retail sales of electronic accessories, and ensure exceptional customer service. They will also develop and implement solutions for both software and hardware challenges to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repairing electronic devices including smartphones, laptops, and tablets addressing both hardware and software issues;
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Electronics Communications or equivalent A minimum of 3 years experience in electronics device repair. You should also possess excellent communication skills multitasking ability working effectively fast-paced environments proficiency micro soldering component diagnostics.Anyone with knowledge inventory management is an asset but not required.Required Skills:
