With quality and service at the centre of their success, they are seeking a commercial sales leader to manage key accounts across Victoria and New South Wales.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers, delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet operational and strategic needs. You will forecast demand, identify opportunities for growth, manage contract cycles and collaborate with internal teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, service and delivery.
You bring strong B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within packaging or manufacturing. You are commercially astute, relationship-driven and thrive in environments where long-term partnerships, service and responsiveness underpin results. The role is based in Victoria with regular travel and offers the chance to lead with confidence.
