We are seeking an experienced HR and Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality human resources, safety, and wellbeing services and support across the organisation. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant legislation, industrial agreements, and organisational policies. Key responsibilities include providing accurate and timely generalist HR information, managing employee relations matters, interpreting and drafting HR policies, and supporting performance development review processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A qualification in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field (minimum Diploma level), and a current unrestricted driver's license.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
* Proven experience in human resources, employment law, safety, or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
